You can quit your bad habits with my system for success

Because it addresses both the mental and physical aspects of bad habits.

Mental Approach– I teach my clients to examine how thoughts and emotions interplay with their unwanted behaviors. And how to leverage their thoughts and emotions to stop these bad habits.

Physical Approach– Actual strategies and tools in behavior design, how to create new habits and what actions to take to stop unwanted behaviors and bad habits. As you learn these skills you will adopt a new identity and become the person you truly want to be a healthier happier version of yourself.

The “I” Process

  2. INTERRUPT– Physical: INTERRUPT– Learn how to avoid and conquer urges. Stop the unwanted behaviors before they turn into bad habits.
  3. INTEGRATE-Physical: INTEGRATE– Learn how to quickly and easily create new positive habits and integrate techniques like “swapping” out old negative habits with positive new ones.
  4. INQUIRE and INTERPRET Physical: INNQUIRE and INTERPRET– Take time to ask yourself “how can I revise habits when needed? How can I grow and multiply these positive new habits? What behaviors and habits must I practice to become who I truly want to be? As you begin practicing these new behaviors and habits you will begin to adopt a new identity and become the best version of yourself.

As we work together in our sessions we will examine ”Why” people “fall off the wagon” and I will teach you how it can be prevented in the future. Accountability + Grace= Progress Progress builds momentum, continued positive momentum creates success!
