Have you tried to stop bad habits but continue to be unsuccessful? Is your self-esteem at an all-time low? Do you feel like a failure because you just can’t stop over-eating, but you desperately want to lose weight and improve your health? Maybe you wonder “Why can everyone else handle drinking alcohol, but why can’t I seem to keep it under control?” You are tired of memory lapses and mentally thinking the words…”Gosh, I hope I did not do anything that I will be ashamed of or embarrassed about last night.” Are you weighed down by stress, overwhelm, and unable to complete important projects because you procrastinate too often?
Imagine how it would feel to finally quit your bad habits. I can help you. I have created a system that I use with my coaching clients to help them eliminate unwanted behaviors and conquer bad habits. Why is this method is so successful? Because it addresses both the mental and physical aspects of bad habits.
Mental Approach– I teach my clients to examine how thoughts and emotions interplay with their unwanted behaviors. And how to leverage their thoughts and emotions to stop these bad habits.
Physical Approach– Actual strategies and tools in behavior design, how to create new habits and what actions to take to stop unwanted behaviors and bad habits. As you learn these skills you will adopt a new identity and become the person you truly want to be a healthier happier version of yourself.
The “I” Process
As we work together in our sessions we will examine ”Why” people “fall off the wagon” and I will teach you how it can be prevented in the future. Accountability + Grace= Progress Progress builds momentum, continued positive momentum creates success!
Having a coach to help you through this process can help you utilize more tools and strategies to accelerate your success. I would be honored to be your coach to support you when you hit bumps in the road, guide you and be your partner.
